Responsibilities
Setup product cost for any new product’s (new item), ensure that each item has correct calculation in system.
Regularly BOM (Bill of Material) and Conversion cost review
Daily run internal account entries for posting system transaction, and fix some error due to system transaction (e.g. Purchase Order review to ensure correct purchase account).
Monthly up to date & Reliable stock report with zero reconciling items between General Ledger & Stock Reporting.
Monitoring account related with Customer Order, Manufacturing Order and Distribution Order process.
Inventory management with maintaining inventory accuracy (stock taking process).
PPV, NRV, Usage Variance & Manufacturing efficiency analysis at monthly basis.
Support the year-end financial audit performed by external auditors.
Provided the yearly conversion cost budget for COGS budget.
Update costing model and provide product cost to Sales/Marketing
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin Major in Accounting
Minimum GPA 3.0 above scale of 4.0
Based in Cibitung and willing to travel to Jakarta/Cilegon Office
Minimum 3 years experiences as Cost Accountant in similar industry or manufacturing.
Fluency in English
Excellent analytical and communication skill
Having knowledge and experience in manufacturing process
Able to start work immediately
